We are honored to present "Shaumiani" short movie by Merri Mkrtchian created in framework of One Caucasus Education Program 2017.




Merri Mkrtchian conducted workshops with youth of Shaumiani in August 2017. Merri's workshops were supported by another volunteer of One Caucasus International Volunteer Program: Ömər Məmmədov. The short movie created during One Caucasus Program was one of the results of this year Education Program of One Caucasus. The program covered 7 Armenian, Azeri and Georgian villages in Marneuli region (Tserakvi, Sioni, Shaumiani, Shulaveri, Krasnye Selo, Aghmamedlo, Araplo). The workshop conducted by One Caucasus Educators from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Tunisia, USA, Iran, Nigeria, Lithuania, Poland and Turkey resulted in various projects including: sound/music projects, 5 short movies and animations, 3D model of Aghmamedlo (based on dreams and ideas of the local children) and the flag & antheem of Araplo.
